Dr. Afua van Haasteren has a decade of experience in digital health projects spanning philanthropy, academia and industry. She currently serves as Director of Health Policy & External Affairs at Roche Diagnostics where she leads Data & Digital Policy as part of the Global Access & Policy team. In this role, she works to shape government policies to encourage patient access to Roche’s data and digital products.
