Dr. Lauren Redfern is a researcher, educator, and the founder of Hormonally, a nonprofit dedicated to closing critical gaps in women's health education. With a PhD in Medical Anthropology, she specialises in reproductive and sexual health, working to challenge stigma and improve access to inclusive, evidence-based information.

Lauren has extensive experience conducting interdisciplinary research in reproductive and sexual health. Her PhD focused on the lived experiences of women navigating perimenopausal and menopausal care in the Global North, examining how social and cultural narratives shape biomedical practices and influence perceptions of the body and its processes. Committed to making conversations about hormonal and sexual health engaging, empowering, and accessible, she takes an interdisciplinary approach to advancing health education and advocacy.
